I have briefly mentioned to Clennell in previous emails about my situation with AMT, I have attempted to contact his lawyers regarding the class action and have not received a reply. I was hoping someone could inform me further as to what is going on. I am in Australia and purchased 2 1.2th units. I am not sure how to be classified as in this class action as i have not received word back from the lawyers and would appreciate it if someone who is in contact with them could confirm some things.
I understand it is not anyones responsability bar my own but being out of the states i do not know how to proceed.

Contact some legal representation in Australia. Unfortunately with class actions if you are not the lead plaintiff here, you won't get anything in your case. This goes for anyone international. It will be necessary what consumer protections your nation has to cover you, since they chose to sell to international clients they are subject to international law. All said if you have email headers or bitcoin addresses you paid AMT to or any other information you can send me, I can use it to build a small report for you to take to your lawyer to be used as evidence.
EDIT: To clarify class members would apply primarily to US residents in this case. I could be wrong but based on the information I have affected US residents would be considered part of the class.
