I recently started escrowing accounts for people on microloans
and want to make sure this doesn't happen to me.
You set the email address to something "random" and someone
just guessed it? Or what? How was it hacked?

The email was : sfdsfsfsfs@mail.com and maybe someone registered it or I don't know what happened.
Last escrow, you switched email privacy to Public to show the account was in escrow
I changed the email to random characters, someone on this forum saw it and tried to recover the account by registering the email and recovering the password
This is both of our fault, you for not changing the email and me for not reverting email privacy back to
private
You still should have changed the email as that is standard procedure when doing an escrow service.
I still personally do not believe I am completely responsible for this. I am still a legitimate member and will pay the loan back when it is due. I don't see why I have to incur the .08 interest in less than 12 hours of getting the loan
