I have used coinurl.com, payouts aren't great but the system is reliable and works
I can't use coinurl.
"Admin rejected your site. Reason: We do not accept faucets and other sites without useful content. "
Never tried coinurl myself but seen it on many faucet sites. So are some being approved than and others rejected
