Fuck that! What about the families of the victims? Garza is solely responsible for putting his wife and kids in the firing line when he decided to run scams. An example must be made to send a strong signal that scamming will not be tolerated and the consequences will be most severe. To date, this is yet to be done and is one reason as to why these schemes continue.
