So if I am correct, once the dev place the buy wall for 733 sat with 55 BTC, all the sell orders less than 733 will be filled right

It's more like 35BTC, because not all ICO was sold and about 3Millions was destroyed by c-cex. So in theory, if all making sells in 300sat, dev could buy up all coins and still be left with 17BTC free, because people selling at lose rATE now..But when is this buy wall going to be placed, any exact eta.
