So this would mean that there isn't any coins in those 350% stalking addresses yet or that number would be a multiple of what we currently see.

That does not seem to be a prime node (no "Prime" statement in the rich list). I would say that's just a 5% staking wallet...
i did some math on the first mint lastnight/yesterday and it worked out to the .95% (daily)
