ORB is completely broken and will be removed from AllCrypt.com in 7 days time. We upgraded to 1.5 as requested. Since the moment we upgraded we have received no new blocks.
Maybe you could ask for technical support before making such a bold statement? There are no less than 3 public seed nodes each with about 50 active connections currently. If you don't want to use IRC peer discovery for any reasons, use these seed nodes at least.
