Hello,
I have been scammed the following of $10,500 by Cointerra.com.
I have received an email by Cointerra on the 21st of May 2014:
"..Your refund request is still active, and we are currently anticipating between 8 and 12 weeks processing time for some refunds. We will continue to work towards processing the refunds as quickly as possible..."

http://s17.postimg.org/yhmgxja23/Cointerra_2.jpg It is now the 4th of January 2015 and I have yet to receive my refund. Cointerra do not respond to my emails regarding this issue. I will proceed to take legal actions if they do not resolve this issue and refund my money.
