cool, will create a pool

It would be great if you want to review the code before launch, as a trusted member of this community.
With the 500Gh/s speed limit, setting up a pool will be close to impossible during the PoW periode.
CCEX will host the ICO?

(If there is going to be any exchange at all.)
No, I dont see a reason to pay somebody a lot of money to hold and ICO.
Second, it's no ICO but IPO. I'm not selling coins, i'm offering shares.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Initial_public_offeringThe most decentralized and honest coin ever
There will be exchanges, right? It means it's centralized.
Regarding "honest". What do you mean exactly?
If some exchange wants to use ALLS, they are free to do so.
Decentralized means everybody gets an equal amount of the pie until PoW is over.
Even our IPO has strict limits per user to avoid accumulation.
We've implented as possibility to exchange your Allstars against other currencies, like btc, ltc, drk, xpy, ...
Okay, possibilities. Sounds fair tbh.
XPY? Better don't mention that coin's name if you believe in what you do.
You can freely exchange your ALLS in your dashboard against other currencies. XPY will be amongst them, but not limited to XPY.
Okay.. Most important for the end.
About 90% of the funds raised in the investement round will be used to create a solid, stable buy wall.
What I suggest, get an escrow to make an account and do that.
// I highly believe this is a grab and go scam. They're making an IPO without even having a product. Or they must suck at presentation, because their timeline doesn't make any sense. (Check the timeline for reference)
// My theory is. He'll put an address up, then ask for funds upfront, before he even releases anything.
Since the initial exchanging will be the online wallet platform, it's possible to exchange your shares.
On initial IPO, you buy shares, not a coin. You need to understand that. This is not KING.
You get shares that you can trade and exchange online in your webwallet against multiple currencies.
Once PoW is over, your shares get exchanged for ALLS at a price based upon available coins, rewards, mining investements, etc.
The purpose of IPO is getting funds BEFORE launch. But as i noticed, you tend to mix things up here.
I do appreciate you looking over the details that i wrote.
But what do I know. I might be wrong.

( Seriously. )
It's up to us to prove you wrong, but you are 100% right in asking the correct questions.
Note that we DID NOT promote the IPO round yet.
We only mentioned it will happen, but it's not our top priority right now.
You just need to understand that:
ICO = paying 1btc to create a coin, launch it in 12h time, and get a tonload of money on premine.
IPO = getting funds before a launch in order to deliver a quality product by selling shares of your future product and reward the initial investors before public release.
I'll just ask one more thing.
You're mentioning my coin, so you've been around for a long period. So, I assume we know each other, or we've chatted before.
I know the difference between ICO, IPO/ITO/ISO/PISSO, or whatever anyone wants to call it.
So, you're asking funds, with a newbie account. No one knows who you are, or if you're even going to deliver what you're writing in OP.
I'm just trying to debate and understand what's going on.
Per bitcointalk account you mean? Because 1 person can invest much more if he makes new accounts, or if he even own older accounts.
