Blame yourself for being weak minded not everyone else and wishing them to go to hell. You can only control yourself and not others. I think your problem lies in where you put the blame. If I was you I would take a deep look in the mirror and say "who's fault was this really". If your answer is not yourself you need to be smacked over and over till something clicks in your fucked up head.
