Since btc price is so low now maybe you could pay more per post? 
I don't want them to increase the payment rate as currently, this is the highest payrate but increasing the max. post count would be good, maybe 60? So the max. monthly post count*0.0007=0.0006*300(Bit-x rate).

Higher pay per post would be better because not everyone makes even this 200 posts per month.
