I've actually considered starting a second account for more signature campaigns. But... I don't think my poor fingers could handle it. Doesn't stop me from thinking about it though!
But to the OP question, there are always accounts for sale and you could even post a WTB thread. Probably just depends on the market and what you are willing to pay.
