you guys did a hell of a work if you did those games from scratch.
lets start with roulette, is it single or double zero? you should go with single Zero IMO. how is the design? IMO very important like a poster already mentioned. a nice roulette version can be seen here

Bankroll and min/max betting is very important but that you should already know.
the most important part I cant tell you because I want to have my own casino online in the future. it is how to attract players because there are already many casinos online. and as I am not a coder
