I hope daffy comes by and gives us his opinion on why this was just another unintended blunder by the GAW crew.

i'm just a common citizen, but i'd guess this was a concerted scam effort, 100%. They clearly violated the TOS of their payment processor to scam newbs. No shame there, none!
