It nets me aprofit of like $950 a month now... since they lowered the difficulty. I have solar panel powered so no cost on electricity just the occasional burn out of stuff which is an easy fix...

That is someone else's setup.
Not to mention the OP left out a huge number of details......like the hashrate of what he is renting.....what he is hoping to rent for...terms.....expected downtime
