Do you have an approximate price of shipping? I did not see in the first few pages? I have got excited about mail order quality meat before, only to find that shipping exceeds $50 and everything arrives frozen. I know you specified dry ice shipping, but is the met frozen under the dry ice, or more refrigerated on top of it?
Are you able to cut porterhouse steaks? I'm would be interested in up to 2 porterhouses, 2 ribeye, and 2lbs of ground.
I have not done porterhouse cuts before. I can order from the butcher but unfortunately that requires a lead time that is usually 2 to 6 weeks. If you are sure you want some, let me know how many and I will figure a price and with my next steer get these cuts.
