Do you have an approximate price of shipping? I did not see in the first few pages? I have got excited about mail order quality meat before, only to find that shipping exceeds $50 and everything arrives frozen. I know you specified dry ice shipping, but is the met frozen under the dry ice, or more refrigerated on top of it?
Are you able to cut porterhouse steaks? I'm would be interested in up to 2 porterhouses, 2 ribeye, and 2lbs of ground.
I have had inquiries for selling fresh, never frozen beef before. The biggest problems have to do with storing the meat safely awaiting sale and then safely shipping it. So, as do now, I am only able to ship frozen meat.
