Why? It's all bla bla bla, nothing concrete, pure marketing talk, yet to see something technical/tangible. The alert 'system' looks like its made by some teenager.
Thank you for your interest in NectarCoin. We realise there's a lot of cynicism across this forum, and it's justified after all that's happened on so many fronts over the past year. But what we've said here and elsewhere is hardly just marketing talk - we've offered a concrete outline and a concrete plan to build something innovative that could really break the adoption barrier and in a way that shields coin buyers from both exchange and non-delivery risk. There would be no one-time, up-front release of escrow - we wouldn't get a dime until we deliver on each of the components.
As for the alert system, fortunately the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive (in fact, yours is the first negative feedback we've seen so far), and as we clearly say it's only a raw introductory demo as a preview to what we'd propose to build on a full-time basis if the market supports our concept.

The cynicism comes from my common sense, I have masters in CS and this kind of talk does not work for me, I want technical details, whitepapers and pseudocode. Photoshops and optimistic projections just makes me suspicious.
If you can take the time to check my posts you'll notice that I'm not the kind of troll that just spreads FUD for the fun of it.
