His Majesty Summer Palace
In a seemingly neverending spree of great projects, we have decided to build a villa to be used in the summertime. The site acquired is basically all of the 2-NW chapelry that the Town sold for 800 million after selling the smooth QC HQ area to him with buildings for 300 million.
The palace will be constructed as soon as we find time with the design, others want to build also and we are happy to prioritize them
Another thing is that the grounds have space for several haws, which the Barons or higher who don't yet have a haw can apply. There are not enough haws for all of the eligible, so the first ones eat the last.
A Haw is intended for building, and since this is a Royal vacation site, we hope to see nice palaces and developments there. The traditional requirement for a haw to be walled is waived here (the whole chapelry is walled), instead the owner must garden it (ask roopatra).
