Labrat has stated in the past he has opted for a refund from BFL. I am assuming he bought around 60 monarchs and should be getting around 500BTC+ refund.
I would like to start a petition to distribute those coins to the investors and not use them to buy more hashrate that will just go into Zach's pocket.
Per previous posts by Zach those funds had already been refunded and he was already putting them towards new hardware.
This was quite a few pages back so I didn't go looking for it.At this point I think we can hope those BTC were reinvested. If they weren't they might be going towards the lawsuit right now. Also (I'm not a lawyer) I don't think any funds could be refunded/redistributed to while the lawsuit is going on.
