They are most likely not fake. The address shown is the address the person is to be paid to (probably won't get at this point). They are often newly created addresses never before seen in the blockchain. You have no idea what address or addresses they sent the money from unless you click on the transaction tab, copy the number and search for it in a block explorer. What you have circled proves nothing. The transactions are probably legit and the person(s) will lose their "investment." There are so many saps putting into this they have no need to create any phoney deposits.
