Well I suck -

I keep getting this error:

C:\deps\boost_1_55_0>bootstrap.bat mingw

'gcc' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

My Path is this:
C:\mingw32\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Perl64\site\bin;C:\Perl

so... any ideas?
