I don't know when we can start trading on Bittrex - that's completely up to them.  We're going to pay their fee and start the process in the next day or two.  How fast they list the coin is up to them though.

I hope the price is around 1000 satoshi but I really don't know what the market/community will do with the price.  Pretty difficult to guess.
