I've never seen less than 1.5$ per key. Your chances are low but good luck.
Not unheard of though. I have private sellers who sell to me at this much ($1.4 - $1.5/key) on demand.
But you don't buy $1000 worth per week
yes ,who would sell you with that price but not choose retail if he can supply with $1000 per week ?! why don't retail with 1.4~1.5? i guess he retail more fast than sell to you .
