My wallet stuck at block 12203..
i try to send my ballance to another wallet but no coin recieve in secondary wallet..
anyone cant help me??

Give it time.

FindCoin-QT seems to take some time, and sometimes says NOT RESPONDING, but if you let it be it get's back to normal.

If you still have problems after letting it be, BACKUP YOUR WALLET.DAT, delete everything else apart from peers.dat and restart (and let it sync of course).

Both TXs show FAIL:

The transaction didn't go through.
Therefor the Coins should still be in your wallet.

Check your address on the block explorer and see what the balance says...

Confirmed the coins are still in the wallet, but you have no access to them apparently.

just delete everything except your wallet.dat
(find it in Findcoin folder on userdata)
and let your wallet resycn again from beginning.
