i am a seller with many stuff for sell
and i made sub btc address in blockchain
if buyer want to pay to all my sub address
will be detected as double spend?
will he knows that he pays for 1 person?
will transaction will be safe for me? i mean buyer cant cancel the transaction

Its hard to know . The best thing like people suggested is to wait for the deposit to have 2 confirmations atleast .
After that it is assured that it is not a double spend.
