I always have a look at the modlog/deletion log whenever I want to see if it was dealt with or not. Unless it's simply a moved topic or any other action which isn't broadcast on the modlog.

I was surprised to see myself with 99% accuracy yesterday on my 1142 reports. Then, I screw it up within a few hours and go back down to 98%.
