Why anyone would want a tarnished account puzzles me. There are plenty of clean accounts for sale anyways.
You can't find a Full Member for sale under 0.15 unless you are extremely lucky, only $15 is a steal for a Full Member (soon to be Senior).
That is not the point. With red trust you are banned from the most of the signature campaigns anyway. And people are buying accounts mainly for that purpose. Did not you know that?
