I cant understand how this resolve the syncing issue.

@igotspot please explain me - If I sent balls in another external adress what happend? How long balls enter in the address wich I sent? 30 minutes ago I sent 0 confirmation

This is a wrong answer @igotspot.
I want to know how long those balls will get to where I sent. A time appr. please. Since the last block was found 4 hours ago, that means at least 4 hours would be expected for a transaction completed?
