my last block was 5days ago stuck on 17498 for that 5 days done every thing suggested but still the same i have 21500 noocoins but might as well have none as i can not send them i will send some one 300 if they can help me sort this thing out,anyone?
As mentioned before you should get rescan to work (where it will redownload the blockchain). If that does not work please post a logfile.
