I think you don't need to do that. Delisting a coin is not a way to make it attract by people. We need to make a strong community. I think we should create a forum for it. Look AERO coin, they have a forum and attract a lot of people. 
what an additional forum would bring you can't get here? You have forum here, yet the topic was quite quiet for the last couple of days.Delisting coin from an exchange like cryptopia with negligible volume won't have any effect on coin, neither positive nor negative, as simply put, close to nobody is interested in trading there. Otherwise volume would be different.
This coin needs probably a more trustworthy, and thus bigger volume, exchange, but that is not the most burning thing. There is trading thread, yet only two transactions were completed, as far as I can see. I think people need to have a clear reason why to buy this coin, so it is community's turn to deliver more scam reports and really have something to offer. Stop screaming Dev must deliver this and that, if you are not able to deliver anything in order to improve the value of your coins.
