CryptoDouble wasn't a game, they promised returns via trading which is why it got so popular. He can actually take them to court but he'll never find them
A ponzi is a ponzi and if you tell me that you didn't know it was one, you are probably lying or way too trusting 
I get that it sucks, it really does, but you can't do anything against it.
