my wallet is stuck at block 138030 for some reason and it won't synchronize. can anyone help?

A quick easy fix is to simply clear out all the blockchain data etc.
Close your wallet.
Simply navigate to the Sterlingcoin folder in your C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\ directory and delete everything except the wallet.dat file.
We repeat, delete everything EXCEPT the wallet.dat file (do not delete the wallet.dat).
If you are not on version 1.4, update first and then open the wallet again and it will connect and sync.
