Stealthrelay is used with stealthtext app, that is an app to send stealthcoins anonymously, using a cell phone that no need to be connected on the internet.

The coins are sent by sms and disguised as an encrypted text message.

If this is intercepted by NSA, the only thing that appears is that you are sending an encrypted text message. The coins don't appear.
 
To all goes well, stealthrelay must be installed on the PC where you have the wallet.

After current roadmap is completed, this app will be developed for ios and also to non smartphones.
You will can buy a dumbphone for $10, make a payment with it and then throw it in the trash.

EDIT: Stealth Daemon is a wallet that doesn't have a graphical interface, for running a server or your own stealthtext relay.
