I can provide no direct proof but I can provide explanation. We primarily are engaged in the leveraged trading of futures/CFDs. We either use BTC-denominated instruments or hedge the BTC/USD price. We may in the future trade the BTC/USD market, although we have not done so thus far. We don't intend to ever participate in the trade of alt-coins or hashing power. I just confirmed that emails are being received to a test gmail account. I also tested at several other domains who were also receiving our emails, though with a slight delay in some cases.
