but it's the reports against non-newbs that can take awhile so I think more Globals and/or specific sub-forum mods are desperately needed.
Yeah, I don't find this hard to believe. While patrollers are all good and dandy as a lot of reports are on newbies, there is still a massive amount of reports that can only be dealt with by staff who have duties other than patrolling.
