PB Mining is a business regularly registered in Canada (SK), information about it is public, and you don't need to go through a detective agency to find it.
Like so many other cloud mining services,  as well as so many bitcoin related business, it is going through dire difficulties, but the fact is that the captain is still onboard, still working on getting PB back on its feet.
