I use Bitcoinmonitor.net for WeeklyPonzi and 24HourPonzi. Their IPN service is currently down. I have contacted them to fix it. I don't have an ETA. Neither WeeklyPonzi nor 24HourPonzi will work until that is sorted.

That seems the fairest thing to do. However, how do you stop people from adding throughout the day?
