They make it sound like if the site had some random dude's address somewhere in Romania it would have been less of a scam or maybe users would have avoided it. That never happens. No matter how many red flags are waved, it looks like the only prerequisite for a good scam is a shiny website.
The main site excluded any contact phone numbers and a physical address. The domain is also Whois Guard protected
