I invested during the first minutes, but the site was buggy, it dosen't included many transactions and was down for most of time, so nobody invested and I got not payed.

I believe the OP said he did apply the fixes to the site making it flawless now. I also seen on the other threads where some people were addressing "refund" topics. You should take a look.

As far as I know, he didn't refund anybody, and he opened this new thread.

No refunds are given for no reason. If your payout was due and the bug occurred then you're due for a refund and we'll work that out. If not you lost, that's apart of the gamble. Even the big bitcoin casinos have bugs and as far as I see they don't hand out money to every single one of their players who ask for refunds on losses. If I refund you when you lost then I have to refund 40BTC, and I can surely guarantee you we don't have this much lying around after all of the development costs from the past week.

Keep in mind also we reinvested all of our unspent profit back into the site as compensation. That is the best we'll do for players who legitimately lost. that round.
