A new section for them seems like a good idea (with a sticky topic explaining the risks).  I don't think they're scams.
A ponzi is a scam. If someone tells you its a ponzi and then still you throw money in it then I don't think that its even the operators ethical responsibility to pay you back.
Quoted from redsn0w -
I do not believe it is a liar a word until it is returned to our previous deposits!
All day he went to fiction stories with a bad developer? I think this guy is not more than 12 years, he thinks we're suckers, though he ran all been stupid when-with only 8 Bitcoin, back to finish off the suckers Grin

PONZI FAST REFUND MY BTC IM SO TIRED WAIT YOU !

It is a ponzi scheme , why should he repay you? I think you didn't know how a ponzi works :

"A Ponzi scheme is an investment fraud that involves the payment of purported returns to existing investors from funds contributed by new investors. Ponzi scheme organizers often solicit new investors by promising to invest funds in opportunities claimed to generate high returns with little or no risk. In many Ponzi schemes, the fraudsters focus on attracting new money to make promised payments to earlier-stage investors to create the false appearance that investors are profiting from a legitimate business."

The refund is not implicated.
