Are the construction icons indicating that features are planned or that they are actually being worked on ? Pretty sure NEM is currently not working on anonymity (is NXT ?). If it is about planned/desired features then we might as well mark instant tx as under contruction
Construction icon is presenting a feature where devs are actually working on.
