Yes, it looks like someone just inputed it incorrectly on the software
1st mistake is 0.00385
Then they deleted it of with -0.00405
And, added back on with 0.0042
Would make it net 0.004
So, yelp, it is 0.0002 off
I'm crying, I'm weeping at my missing 0.0002
Or, it is correct and it's a bug in the software.
