There address above (1C4MsHnx3U4FFsQ6uh1k6a9wnujK6epUBG) is mine. It is marked as paid but it did not confirm due to double spend. So in fact I have not received it (tx https://blockchain.info/tx/9ee0b38e69c673d24785b1ba4bec2d5589cd6f32cb9a1c5c7d740b19a443bbe5).

Just the clear up this part: technically the address above did not receive it because it's not possible to spend it (the tx is unconfirmed and may never confirm!)
