Aww, I'm sorry yer giving up, I dunno how much you expected to be tipped but the bounty amount depended on the overall quality of the video. I agree 25GSX should be good enough for this one since max bounty is 300.
With a budget of a few hundred bucks and minimal direction I doubt any professional editors are going to jump at this opportunity but we'll see.
