zehash, I don't think Unblock64 was accusing you of being a scammer - just telling people that because of the many scammers that do exist, and taking into account the fact that your site and forum registration are fairly new, Unblock64 themselves are skeptical.

There's a lot that you can do to help break down that skepticism:
  • Try to get a trusted member of this forum to vet for you.  That's not 100%, but it'll go a long way.
  • Try using as much original photography of your stock as you can.  If a 'right-click > Search Google for this image' easily leads to an image clearly being copied from another site, then you didn't bother to take your own product shots.  That's generally frowned upon as it is. ( As an aside - your Twin Chip Fury product pages include pictures of RedFury miners. )
  • Try to clarify your business address.  It seems to be a shared business address which may or may not serve as little more than a mailbox.  If you have an actual office location there, try sharing a picture of your office's listing in the building's directory / on the door.
  • Try to unify your phone details.  Your site has one set of Phone numbers, your facebook page has a different one.

But perhaps more to the point given your last statement:
these all devices is used not new
If these devices are used, then you should clearly indicate this on the product pages to which this applies.  Now, granted, most miners are 'used' by the manufacturer/reseller until sold anyway, but in this case it sounds like you're really talking pre-owned miners that you have bought up and are reselling, which really should be noted.
If you don't like the term 'used' or 'refurbished' (provided you checked them out, cleaned them off, etc.), call it 'certified pre-owned' - although admittedly, miners aren't cars Wink
