GAW is great if you like trading and know when to go in and out, just like with any other altcoin. Some people are still holding LTC even though it is tanking like crazy.
The difference between GAW and Bitcoin for example is that there's no company or face behind the latter. Those who sold at a loss can't threat Satoshi with a lawsuit
