24HourPonzi v2 will have the following fixes/features:
- 24HourPonzi rounds will begin at exactly 01:00 GMT
- Deposits that are sent with 0 fee will be disregarded
- Deposits that are made before 01:00 GMT will not be accepted into the new round
- Unconfirmed inputs will not be used to pay out users. THIS MEANS NO MORE UNCONFIRMED PAYOUTS!
- Payouts will be paid out in order of time deposited according to Blockchain.info
