The only problem with a hardware wallet is hardware fails, and WHEN it does you lose everything. Im liking a software wallet still. Atleast I can make a backup of it, and have it on a few computers.
This why it is suggested that you always keep paper copies of your private keys (even if not using The Snowball). This way in the event of a hardware/software failure, you still have your keys, and your coins
