Go C:\Users\YOUR_USER_HERE\AppData\Roaming\WeedTokens ( )
Create empty txt file
copy'n'paste this:
Click File -> Save as, then choose all files in bar and type weedtokens.conf
Must help.

Are you sure you didn´t save that as weedtokens.conf.txt ?
It happens sametime.
